Qatameya Memorial Park consists of 7715 units in one magnificent green space which gives the cemetery a spirituality worthy of the majesty of death , covering an area of approximately half a million square meters.
Subscriptions system
It depends on distributing the cost of the land and the facility over a larger area of subscribers in the cemetery, which make this humanitarian service accessible to all segments of society .
Pricing Strategy
The QMP subscription model is priced at 39,000 EGP, in installments over three years (the project implements period), in addition to a simple insurance premium of EGP 39,000, in an amount similar to the subscription value, to the company, to cover funeral expenses. The monthly installment ranges between 50 and multiples thereof, depending on the age group of the subscriber.
Construction Strategy: Modularity
QMP employs precast concrete panels to ensure modularity and consistency in construction. To optimize efficiency, we have attached an additional 10 acres to establish a precast factory on-site, ented from the state until the project is completed.
